How To Keep Strawberries Fresh For Longer

Take the strawberries out of the water and blot them dry using paper towels. To avoid mold development caused by moisture, make sure the berries are completely dry before putting them in the fridge.
The best way to store strawberries is to take them out of their original container as soon as possible so they don’t spoil. Alternatively, you could just put them in the fridge after spreading them out on a fresh paper towel. Because air can circulate and the berries stay dry, their freshness is greatly increased.
