Body detail: You can wrap the broomstick center with black ribbon instead of felt if you want a softer finish, and a tiny dab of black paint helps disguise any visible glue spots.
Hanging advice: Before hanging, test the balance by holding the loop at the top and checking whether one wing dips lower; if it does, add a small hidden zip tie or extra glue reinforcement to the lighter side.
